We are seeking Trade Qualified Electricians looking to join the Delta Facilities Management team on a Full-Time basis. We are offering Permanent Ongoing works to Remote WA sites, on an even time 14&14 Days Only Roster. You'll be joining a small but established maintenance team with positions commencing from March 2024. All roles will be FIFO from Perth Airport with immediate starts preferred. THE POSITION Reporting directly to the Electrical Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines Prioritise and attend to urgent requests Provide mobile device work orders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments. Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice. THE PERSON Hold an Electrical Trade Certificate & Current WA Electrical Unrestricted Licence Able to provide up-to-date Police Check and hold current Drivers Licence Current CPR LVR, First Aid WAH, CS, HRWL - EWP highly desirable Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations A solid understanding of LV, generator control system, UPS systems, BMS and energy management.
