This is TEMP opportunity only for 3-6 months. In this role you will be part of a close knit team who are responsible for supporting key clients in their requirements whilst providing excellent customer service. This role is suited to someone that thrives in a busy customer environment. Mon-Fri 8.30-5.00 with 2 days WFH once trained. Key Responsibilities You will have a key portfolio of clients where you are the first point of contact Follow the documented guidelines and requirements for each customer Processing your customers orders on a day to day basis in an accurate and efficient manner Responding to all client enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner Have a flexible approach and work with key stakeholders to achieve a client focused outcomes File all purchase orders & supporting documentation Handl credit claims on a daily basis Track and trace orders and collaborate with transport service providers Skills & Experience Previous experience in customer service essential Efficient in Microsoft, Word and Excel Teamwork and service mentality Highly driven and proactive attitude Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask Flexible with the ability to adapt to change Benefits Work with an outstanding employer in the manufacturing sector Training and support provided Work life balance Great location with transport cafes at the doorstep 2 days WFH About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
