About the role We are looking for a professional, innovative and driven Sales Executive who can maximise revenue potential by continually developing Konica Minolta’s market exposure in ACT. Requirements In consultation with key stakeholders, your primary accountabilities are to: Drive market share growth through existing customers and new business. Drive sales and manage internal processes from pre-sales to delivery to ensure success and achievement of targets. Provide timely and accurate completion of business plans, forecasts, internal order processes and customer management. Develop and maintain your knowledge of the Konica Minolta offering and the vertical industries of your nominated accounts. Maintain & regularly update CRM. Achieve the revenue target set out for your area/portfolio. Be an active member of the ACT Branch - helping to drive innovation, continue the development of a high performance culture and contribute to the achievement of Branch goals. Exemplify company values and adhere to policies and procedures. Skills Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships, credibility and trust Ability to work according to strict deadlines Sound negotiation and influencing skills Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Sense of urgency and high responsiveness Ability to prioritise and react quickly to ensure great client satisfaction Ability to deal with ambiguity and know when to escalate Sense of ownership and accountability for assigned activity, including regular follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks Ideal Candidate To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following: Previous sales experience (ideally in the Corporate and Enterprise vertical). Proven ability to create customer value through the sale of solutions and managed services. Proven ability to develop account strategy, write and execute business plans. Proven business development experience. Proficiency with CRM applications. Exposure to sales training methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) Exceptional presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones. Australian driver’s license. As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
