Our client is a growing, dynamic company in the insurance industry experiencing and is seeking a Customer Service Admin to join the Sydney team. Backed by a skilled team and a carefully vetted network of stakeholders, the company consistently delivers quality outcomes to exceed client expectations. The Role Your suitability for the role will depend on your proven experience as a Customer Service Admin, with key responsibilities including: - Handle incoming calls and correspondence efficiently. - Process new job applications, including insurance and commercial cases. - Prioritize and manage new job requests promptly. - Coordinate work orders for Make-Safes and specialized reports. - Prepare detailed reports for submissions and approvals. - Coordinate work orders for specialist reports and follow up on outstanding specialist reports. - Authorize Make-Safe and STRs within approved limits and initiate approval requests for finance. - Manage appointments and scheduling for Supervisors/Estimators. - Ensure timely completion of re-attendance inspections. - Provide daily updates to insurers and clients. - Maintain thorough knowledge of insurer policy booklets. - Assist with general administration tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, customer-focused, professional, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Additionally, effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities are crucial for success. Candidates should have a good phone manner, and advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with customer service experience preferred, especially in a service industry environment.
