About the opportunity Become an integral piece of a strong, and motivated Customer Service team. Provide support to a market leading range of innovative orthopaedic medical devices. Use your ability to problem solve and self-awareness to work cohesively with hospitals and sales representatives. Be genuinely committed to patient and customer satisfaction and you will grow and advance your career. Your role will directly impact the end patient in surgery, so bringing an ability to prioritise and work in a fast paced environment with minimal error will be highly valued. This particular position is responsible for managing the New Zealand side of the business. In doing so, this role fits in new Zealand work hours, and any applicant must be available to work between the hours of 5:30 AM - 3:30 pm on a rotating roster with their colleagues. Duties Provide a high level of Customer Service to internal and external stakeholders. Order processing and fulfilment using SAP. Managing customer expectations and investigation of orders. Support field personnel in hospital environments with dedication to providing exceptional assistance in high pressured scenarios. Ensure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when required. Skills and Experience Experience in Customer Service in a Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or FMCG organisation. Experience with Orthopaedic devices is highly regarded. SAP knowledge or similar ERP experience is essential. Experience with loan kits highly valued. Ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders as well as the capability to work autonomously. Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
