Join a leading FMCG retailer in Western Sydney as their Warehouse Supervisor. Your new company Your new company is a leading Australian FMCG with a warehouse based in Western Sydney. They have an exciting opportunity for you to take the next step in your career as a Warehouse Supervisor on a permanent basis. Your new role As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation in the warehouse, including receiving, picking, dispatch and inventory, as well as leading your team and driving improvements. 3am - 9;30am Mon -Sat Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be managing a medium-sized team of 15-20 pick-packing and forklift staff. Your duties will include: Ensuring accurate receiving, storing, dispatching and high quality of goods Actively participate in the development & improvement of current processes within the warehouse. Training, mentoring and development of staff members through high engagement, support and communication. Coordinating cycle counts and stock takes Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to OH&S policies by all team members. What you'll need to succeed As a successful Warehouse Supervisor, you will have previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or a similar role, as well as the following: A valid Forklift license & high reach forklift experience Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to enable you to effectively lead your team Previous perishable or cold chain experience preferred A hands-on approach A track record in people management Strong computer literacy Strong understanding of practical processes within stock control & logistics What you'll get in return You will receive a highly competitive salary of $80K - $90K Super depending on experience in a permanent role, as well as the opportunity to work within a leading, established business experiencing exciting growth.
