Work for a company leader in the legal department located in Norwest of Sydney, hours are flexible, from school hours to 4 days per week Our client based in Norwest Business Park has several companies under its name and they are seeking a licensed legal Conveyancer to join their small legal team. The role includes:- Conducting property transactions, including land purchases Provide legal advice on property-related matters to clients. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Stay abreast of relevant legal developments and ensure compliance with laws and regulations in NSW and Victoria, with a focus on exchanges. The right candidate will have:- Proven experience as a Property Lawyer or Conveyancer, not less than 3 years A strong eye for detail Excellent communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of land taxes for both states The ability to give direction Experience and sound knowledge of Pexa and Leap The ability to work with different entities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a law firm would be highly regarded Off the plan experience is highly regarded In return you will have the opportunity to work for a well resepected Australian owned company who value their staff.
