We are seeking a Social Worker to join the Social Work Team in a reputable Health service, supporting clients in the Ballarat community and surrounds to join the team on a permanent fulltime basis, joining the Integrated Family Program supporting Women and Children referred to the service. Key Responsibilities Provide psychosocial and risk assessments for at risk women and children. Support clients with a range of concerns including children at risk, family violence, AOD and mental health presentations. Provide grief and bereavement support, care planning, decision making, liaison with internal and external stakeholders. About You Completed Degree in Social Work Current membership with AASW Experience as a Social Worker in Mental Health, AOD, Child Protection or Community Outreach. Demonstrated experience in supporting at risk clients, safety planning, mental health assessments, AOD support, Child Protection or similar. Knowledge of the Child Protection and Family Violence response system.
