An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the team in our People Service's Mackay Branch. Key Responsibilities for the role will include: Accurately prepare and produce weekly payroll Prepare and produce month end payroll reporting Accurately process, pay and issue remittances on approved supplier invoices Implement improvements in business process to deliver outcomes aligned to client experience Provide Systems Administration (Fast Track) Prepare and deliver scheduled reporting Maintaining uniform and general office supply stock Answer and directing phone calls, completing candidate care calls weekly The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes: Experience in a similar role Experience with Payroll systems (FastTrack desirable) Strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workloads High level attention to detail Ability to work effectively, independently & in a team environment On offer for the successful candidate: Permanent position Competitive Salary | Salary packaging Great working environment and supportive culture Work flexibly and maintain a work/life balance Corporate discounts on health insurance All applications will be treated with the strictest of confidentiality and only successful candidates will be contacted for interview.
