The Role Reporting to the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing a team of appointment setters / outbound sales consultants Coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance B2B Sales, generating revenue from SME businesses KPI management (self and team) to ensure targets are met Quality assurance to enhance the customer experience Effectively collaborate with field sales and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver solutions for new clients.
