Assisting the management of a team of 4 - 7 ensuring all venue requirements are met About you: You will be able to ensure consistency of both food and beverage service ensuring that it is performed in a friendly, courteous, efficient and professional manner. You must display superior attention to detail. . You will have the ability to work and remain focused under pressure and the ability to manage customer and staff relationships.
