Responsibilities Contribute to the development of content strategies that support marketing and communication objectives. Create content for diverse communication channels: websites, blogs, videos, ads (digital/print), and social media. Conduct research, surveys, and interviews to understand target audience needs and industry trends, ensuring content remains relevant and impactful. Develop and maintain the brand's voice and tone consistently across all communications. Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools. Identify opportunities for optimization and implement improvements to maximize engagement and impact. Edit and proofread copy for accuracy, clarity, and adherence. Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline. Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills. At least 5 years' experience in content design and creation, with a focus on the fintech industry. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high-priority initiatives. Bilingual proficient in English and Mandarin for both verbal and written communication. Passion for writing with an excellent portfolio of work. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Preferably experience with SEO copywriting best practices.
