The Role: We are looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Warehouse Operations Manager for our Bendigo site Managing a team of 15-20 people (ranging up to 30 or 40 with casuals), you will be providing stability and structure each day. This is a hands-on role. You'll be spending approximately 70% of your time on the follow and the remaining 30% with administration. Ongoing training programs and development is available; making this role ideal for someone who values a well-run operation and who wishes to build/further their career with a fantastic company. Roster: Mon to Fri (8:30am to 5:30pm) Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day activities in warehouse Stock control – tracking flow and inventory Ensure adherence to Workplace, Health, and Safety (including running safety talks) Timely and accurate administrative work Our Ideal Candidate will have: Warehouse management experience (and exposure to delivering WHS content) Familiarity with Power BI and Blue Yonda is an advantage A valid forklift license Experience operating a pallet jack is required for success in this role Please Note: A successful candidate will be required to undertake pre-employment Drug and Alcohol testing.
