We currently have an opening for the position of Legal Administrator. Role: Legal Administrators are responsible for managing and assisting with the administrative and operational aspects of a law firm or legal department. Typical job responsibilities for a legal administrator include: Transcribing and proofreading legal documents Filing and organising legal documentation Scheduling court depositions hearings and client meetings Organising solicitor schedules e.g. travel arrangements, meetings Processing tax invoices Speaking with clients over the phone Filing documents with the court ahead of deadlines System experience: Strong experience in ActionStep and Xero. Bonus experience in LEAP and Affinity.
