Within this role you will provide clinical, professional, and operational leadership of social work clinicians and Aboriginal Liaison Officers and p articipate and contribute as a member of the Allied Health Leadership team at Nepean Hospital. Your contributions to development of teaching, research and clinical practice initiatives, advancements and assistance to maintain and develop the New Graduate Program;providing quality student placements; support staff to facilitate and participate in their own professional development and research opportunities will be you role within this position. At all times within this role you will contribute to the development and implementation of relevant strategic and operational plans for the department, Nepean Hospital and NBMLHD and be responsible for service delivery within budget; meeting KPI targets; manage decisions consistent with NBMLHD Finance & Administrative Delegations Manual. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
