A key element of your role will be to support the Centre Director and maintain a collaborative and positive workplace culture for our team whilst empowering and inspiring them to be the best educators they can be. As an integral member of our Leadership Team your key objectives will be to facilitate, guide, role model and support our team of educators to ensure an optimal learning environment for children. The successful candidate will have: Passion, energy and enthusiasm for Early Childhood Learning Proven leadership and management skills Sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Childhood industry, including VEYLDF, National Regulations and Quality Standards An understanding of the Jenny's ELC Values Demonstrated ability of being community minded and an understanding of the importance of community involvement Sound communication skills and an eye for detail Solution-focused, positive, 'can-do' attitude with the ability to not just lead but also inspire and motivate a team. Current First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain, valid employee WWCC, and ideally a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA equivalent as a minimum.
