We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Call Centre Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will lead a team of appointment setters that will be responsible for qualifying buyers looking to purchase off the plan apartments. Responsibilities: Lead, train, and coach a team of appointment setters to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality results. Set team and individual performance targets and monitor performance against these targets on a regular basis. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the team has access to the necessary resources to deliver on their targets. Develop and implement processes to improve team performance and the customer experience. Monitor and report on team performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Handle escalated customer queries or complaints as required. Requirements Experience in a similar role, preferably in an outbound call centre environment. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve their targets. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to challenges. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with sales targets and performance metrics.
