The Role: As a Claims assessor, your responsibilities extend to managing roadside assistance calls, making your role even more dynamic. Daily duties include, but are not limited to: Assessing mechanical faults and determining the appropriate course of action. Providing exceptional service on all calls, including roadside assistance. Handling both inbound and outbound phone calls. Resolving complaints and processing disputes according to company guidelines. Collaborating with senior team members, directing, and escalating claims. Writing accurate and detailed reports. Liaising with stakeholders as needed. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Minimum of 1 years in a customer service-based role. A genuine interest in cars and motor vehicles, with an understanding of car parts or a background in mechanics. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling phone calls efficiently. High organisational skills and attention to detail. Capability to work both independently and within a team.
