Your Talent CPA/CA qualified SAP experience Advanced Excel Retail & FMCG industry experience is preferable IAS knowledge Taxation knowledge Reconciliations Problem solving Cost consciousness Quality commitment Strong teamwork & inter-personal skills Self-organizing Your Mission We have a fantastic opportunity for a Retail Accountant to join the PUMA team The focus of the role is to assist SAP GL retail related interfaces, ensure accurate and reliable accounting records, and support external and internal reporting relating to the Australian and New Zealand PUMA businesses. Scope includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: Processing tender settlements in SAP Bank Reconciliations & Tender Clearing Reconciliations for all stores & Ecom PRISM/OMS reconciliations to SAP and batch error checking Processing promo recharges from stores/Ecom Setting up new stores (EFTPOS machines, Bank Guarantees, Insurance, Merchant Services, Bank accounts etc.) Administration of retail store leases and documentation (Nakisa) Processing retail store stock takes (SAP and PRISM) Assist in the preparation and posting of month-end reporting, including: Accounting journals and Balance Sheet reconciliations RoU Asset Accounting Royalty Reporting Inventory Reporting Other tasks include supporting the Retail Finance Manager with ongoing projects, external and internal audits, assisting in process improvements using Automation Intelligence (AI) and documentation of processes, assisting with system implementation, and any other tasks or ad hoc requests as assigned by supervisors.
