Having maintained a huge market share, we are certainly leading the way. Reporting to the State Product Manager based in Coolaroo, you will be involved in all aspects of the design process. This is a fast paced, dynamic role servicing all Fibre plants, that will suit a very organised and driven individual. The Role: Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Ensure all product master cards & drawings are accurate. Taking design briefs Preparing samples for quoting Supporting trial runs and production Minimise lead time and meet customer requirements. Work closely with the sales team to create new products and innovation in packaging. Liaise with other departments to ascertain the timeframe for new and amended work. Adhere, maintain, and uphold all safety policies and procedures. What you will bring to the team: Excellent interpersonal skills High attention to detail Proficient in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD or equivalent Ability to build rapport with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. Experience in Flexo-Graphic Printing and Packaging industry is desirable.
