The Executive Support Officer will provide high level support for the timely and efficient preparation of minutes, agendas, support to the research coordinator and ensuring medical recruitment is up to date and submitted to deadlines. This position works closely with the Director Medical Services and Research Coordinator. This role  works within a busy General Managers Unit currently located at Cabramatta however is relocating to Bolger Street Campbelltown ETA December 2023. What you'll be doing The Executive Support Officer will be primarily responsible for providing high-level executive and secretarial support to the Drug Health Services (DHS) Nursing Executive team. As required the position will also provide support to the DHS General Manager’s Unit (GMU). The position requires flexibility in the provision of administrative, clerical and secretarial support at an executive level and will provide leave relief to other administrative staff within the DHS GMU. Demonstrated experience in a high-level administrative or secretarial position. Demonstrated experience providing secretarial support to committees including agenda preparation and minute taking. Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing demands and high volumes of work whilst paying attention to detail. Demonstrated initiative, analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to source, co-ordinate and collate information. Demonstrated experience and high level of competence with software including Microsoft office. High level interpersonal, communication, writing and organisational skills and ability to plan and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work within a team and independently, with minimal supervision. Demonstrated understanding and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
