We are currently seeking a skilled Trust Accountant / Accounts Administrator with ideally a background in Property Management You will play a critical role in managing the financial operations for their Property portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across various functions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong background in accounts, trust account management, accounts receivable, we want to hear from you Perks: Flexible working environment with some WFH, flex start and finish times Extremely polished reputation in the market - known for their professionalism and long serving team members Best team culture Attractive salary on offer Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations Maintain and reconcile trust accounts, ensuring compliance with trust account regulations and legislation Track and manage all reimbursable leasing costs. Assist with aspects of accounts receivable, including monthly rental invoicing and rental outgoings reconciliations for each lease agreement.
