We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced learning designer / LMS administrator to join Stockland's Group Risk team on a 11-month parental leave contract. This role is full-time ideally based from our Sydney Head office however we are open to considering candidates working remotely within Australia. The Opportunity - About the Role The role is a unique blend of technical and creative skillsets to support the Group Risk training strategy. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end design, development and delivery of online training content in a large SAP environment (SuccessFactors Learning). This is a diverse role that will see you working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, some of your responsibilities will include: Use eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise) and other software to create and maintain interactive, learner-centred eLearning modules, videos and other digital assets. Refresh existing online modules with a view to enhance the learning experience. Update, publish and maintain training content to align with process/procedure updates, as requested by relevant subject matter experts across the business. Manage and maintain the Group Risk training infrastructure including SuccessFactors Learning (our LMS) and Stockland's online induction portal for contractors. This includes providing support to users as needed. Manage and maintain the Group Risk Training Needs Analysis (TNA) including consultation with the Group Risk Senior Managers to ensure a coordinated approach, and updating the SuccessFactors Learning assignment profiles accordingly. Stay in-tune with industry to identify new and innovative approaches to training and learning. Management of training records and overdue reporting including escalation of mandatory compliance training curriculum. About You Experience using eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise) Relevant experience in a similar role using a Learning Management System (LMS) and designing and developing training content with internal subject matter experts. Previous experience with SuccessFactors Learning is not essential but highly regarded. Experience in Work Health & Safety and Risk Management training is not essential but highly regarded.
