This imperative role will see you provide high level confidential administrative support including diary management, meeting coordination, minutes, correspondence, management of records and other duties.     Your role will be different every day and will see you perform a variety of Administration duties - communication of relevant information regarding administrative policies and procedures and the provision of support and supervision, orientation and training to mental health administrative staff as required. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.     Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa. Selection criteria to be addressed: Demonstrated capacity to provide effective and professional administrative support, in confidence and with discretion within a busy and complex office environment. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated ability to problem solve and use professional judgement. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computer applications including Content Manager, Outlook, Word, Excel and rostering, recruitment and procurement systems. Proven experience in developing, implementing and evaluating quality improvement processes for administrative services and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Experience in preparing minutes and agendas with the ability to take minutes. Demonstrated ability to work with changing priorities and demands, work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks whilst under sustained pressure and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
