This is a high volume, repetitive role where you will utilise your administrative skills to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of vehicles. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES… Sourcing vehicles through the key dealer network; Processing of new vehicle orders on the fleet management system; Updating of all vehicle delivery movements within agreed timeframes Thoroughly check quotes and order details to ensure accuracy before being forwarded to suppliers; Report vehicle ordered information on service standards report; Respond to all customer queries and resolve any problems. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE… You are customer service focused with proficient data entry and numerical skills. You will be experienced dealing with customers internally and externally. Attention to detail will be essential to succeed in this role.
