About the role A permanent opportunity has presented itself for a People & Culture Administrator to join our HR Services team. Reporting to the People & Culture Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of P&C activities across the full employee lifecycle including: Facilitating approvals for our business leaders to fill vacant positions. Supporting the onboarding coordination of newcomers to our company. Maintaining our HRIS data accuracy. Processing employee movement transactional activities across various platforms. Responding to employee queries. Assisting in continuous improvement projects aligned to career interests. Mentoring and guidance will be provided throughout your journey of growth as you contribute to the outcomes of the national P&C Team. This role has a clear career path ahead and will provide great exposure to a fast paced, large and complex operational business where P&C is valued and respected. About you The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, attributes and experience: Working towards a formal HR qualification or a broad understanding of human resources practices, processes and disciplines. Prior experience in an administration role within a similar industry or large, complex organisation will be highly regarded. Superior organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple and sometimes dynamically changing priorities. A high level of personal accountability, resilience and a natural service orientation. The ability to work well within a supportive team and build strong relationships across the Pacific National business.
