Purpose of Role Healius is seeking a Systems Administrator with Windows and Linux experience to join our team based at Murarrie. Key Responsibilities: Providing L1 and L2 Support to the business with exposure to level 3 tickets. (on-site and Remote) Build and sustain professional relationships with team members and internal and external stakeholders Flexibility to participate in an on-call roster. Coordinate fault escalation internally and externally, taking ownership of the outcome Act as an escalation point and mentor for a junior support analyst. Assist with IT systems projects including, analysis, design, procurement, implementation and support. Install and maintain computer/server hardware and software (on-site and Remote) Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. Liaise with other IT departments to meet stakeholders needs. About you: Degree in IT computer science/engineering or equivalent industry experience. Knowledge of server operating systems; Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Microsoft Server along with Microsoft Active Directory. Knowledge of virtualisation technologies such as VMware. Proven experience in the support of server and desktop operating systems, and Active Directory.
