About this role Regional Administration Manager I-MED Radiology is Australia's largest private diagnostic imaging network offering a comprehensive range of services across CT, MRI, ultrasound, general x-ray, and Interventional Radiology, with an ongoing commitment to exceptional standards of patient care. Reporting to the Regional Manager for the Border Region, you will be providing operational leadership, overseeing general administrative duties across the clinics, enabling local reception teams to deliver high quality, efficient, professional, and friendly services to patients, customers, referrers, and the community. Supported by the 2IC, you will provide hands on support and guidance to medical reception team an across a network of clinics. Responsibilities include reception team rostering, staff leave management, meeting coordination, team building and culture development, general problem solving and process management. This position is full time and would suit someone who has industry experience in healthcare or in a similar multisite network environment. Travel to our Albury clinics will be required in the role. Maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers Oversee daily clinic appointment schedules to maximise service availability and business performance Monitor and support key processes in each clinic, including but not limited to billing accuracy, and appointment management Provide and support clerical staff with ongoing and regular feedback, mentoring and coaching Daily workforce planning and management To be successful in this role you will have: Demonstrated experience within Administration Management/ Office Management position Ability to manage, coach and lead clerical / clinical staff Ability to lead and drive the I-MED patient care and customer service standards Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and other medical and non-medical personnel verbally and in writing Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands effectively How do you apply?
