As an Administrative Officer team member, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strata team. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Managing the team mailbox and responding to inquiries promptly. Preparing templates and documents for client use. Coordinating activities in a procedural manner to ensure efficiency. Generating reports to track team performance and client progress. Regularly liaising with insurers to address client needs and concerns. To excel in this role, you should have: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
