Make a real difference and apply today for our casual HR & Safety Administrator role at our Fulfilment Centre in Jandakot (WA 6164). Your role: Assist in end-to-end employee lifecycle management. Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity and compliance with company policies. Ensure timely and accurate filing of HR-related documents, maintaining confidentiality. Maintain accurate and up-to-date WHS records in compliance with regulations and organisational policies. Assist in preparing WHS weekly and monthly reports. Review safety reports on the company incident management platform, flagging recurrences for WHS team action. Other administrative duties as required. This is you: Proven experience in HR, safety, or related administrative roles Strong understanding of payroll processes, award compliance, and HR documentation Confidence with G-Suite (docs, sheets, slides, etc.) Naturally organised with excellent attention to detail A collaborator who works well across different teams and functions Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Tertiary qualifications in HR, Administration or Safety preferred Enjoy discounted Marley Spoon boxes, conveniently delivered to your doorstep.
