Wenona is seeking an organised and skilled Enrolments Administration Assistant to join our team. The role is responsible for ensuring daily operations and strategic goals of the School are being met. This is achieved through a broad range of administrative support to meet the needs of the Registrars and the functions of the Enrolment Office. This role contributes to the overall image of the School, whilst contributing to a positive internal culture where service, integrity, kindness and humour are valued. The Position The Enrolments Administration Assistant plays an important role providing an efficient, informative and client responsive support to prospective families. It focuses on providing a variety of administrative tasks, whilst managing the student enrolment process from initial contact through to student commencement. The Enrolments Administration Assistant will work closely and collaboratively with the Registrars in the Enrolments Team. Key priorities for the role include: Responding promptly to all enrolment enquiries and following up with prospective parents to secure applications leading to prospective enrolments. Building positive relations with prospective families and parents throughout the application, enrolment, interview and offer process. Supporting all administrative functions of the student enrolment process from initial contact through to student commencement, in consultation with the Registrars. Providing administrative assistance and attending key School events such as Open Days, Tour Mornings, School Expos, Orientation Days and other school events. Updating and maintaining enrolment information on the School’s internal portal and website, in consultation with the Registrars. Providing support for the Registrars, including diary management. Identifying opportunities for improvement in service, efficiency and effectiveness. This is a permanent full-time position. This role requires the successful applicant to hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check and to be fully COVID vaccinated. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring at least two years of relevant experience in the field. The role requires excellent organisational and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to deliver excellent support to all stakeholders, whilst embodying the values of the School, and promoting Wenona in a positive manner.
