In the US, Retail Media is projected to reach between $60-$100bn in the next 3 years. In Australia alone this industry is expected to grow to A$3 Billion by 2025 with one in four marketing dollars going to the industry. reooh is oOh’s newly formed Retail Media division designed to make it easy for Retailers to launch a custom digital out-of-home screen network in their physical store locations. reooh’s screen networks can be used to market a Retailer’s own products and services, deliver engaging content, and generate new revenues as part of their Retail Media proposition. reooh will leverage oOh’s scaled operations and expertise in areas such as; asset procurement, mobilisation, maintenance, remote monitoring, ad and content serving, activating 1st party data at location and advertising monetisation - to help Retailers build a network at pace to meet the growing demands of the growing retail media market. Role Summary We're on the lookout for a skilled Customer Solutions Manager to join oOh’s new Retail Media division, reooh. As Customer Solutions Manager, you will work as part of the reooh team to develop strategic solutions for Retail clients, with a specific focus on supporting their Retail Media strategies connected to their In-Store screen networks. This role will have a particular focus on bespoke customer requirements and connect back to inform reooh product and platform strategy. This will include solutions encompassing Retail Media Platforms (RMPs), Programmatic trading solutions, Customer Relationship Management (CRMs), Content Management Systems (CMS), data partners, and physical digital assets. You will play a key role in working with our Retail partners to develop and support their strategy and provide recommendations that support their success, while working with the broader reooh team to ensure solutions are scalable and future-focussed for our growth ambitions. Key responsibilities Design how a customer solution works as well as clearly articulating inclusions, engagements, phasing, insights, the customer journey and investment cohesively and succinctly. Play a key role in the pitch/presentation of responses – either leading or involved in as required. Identify and establish relationships with new or existing partners, internal and external, to deliver optimised Retail Media solutions. Support the strategic digital asset product roadmap, ensuring alignment to reooh’s business goals and customer needs. Create strong inter-departmental relationships across the company, particularly with Product, and Revenue and Growth teams. Key activities Thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment and enjoy working across an emerging new business unit. Be able to research and analyse competitors, vendors and potential vendors, trends and pricing. Capability to support vendor assessment and product workshops. Be a pro on PowerPoint and capture ideas into clearly articulated concepts. Have the ability conceptualise challenges and customer pain points as intel, data & innovative thinking to problem solve. Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Confident and engaging presentation skills to all-levels. Consult and help bring to life creative, partnership or data-based products or strategies in for Retailers In-Store screen networks Contribute to the management of the product catalogue, ensuring it is updated regularly and products are introduced/retired as the market evolves Market research and supplier engagement to stay abreast of the latest trends and opportunities in Retail Media Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, communications or related field 3 Years industry experience, preferably within Out of Home or Retail industry. Effectively engaging our customers to understand their needs which can then be translated into effective and scalable solutions from existing or new partners, products or platforms. Increased customer investment based on growing solution offering. Development of proactive customer engagement plan for ongoing improvements of the reooh customer offering. Secure strong relationships with our internal and external partners, ensuring we are across new offerings and have the ability to contribute to their solutions.
