As an MC Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods. You will be responsible for driving long-haul and local routes, transporting goods efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. We are currently looking for Line-haul drivers and Local drivers. PUD located in Minchinbury. Line-haul drivers: - Paid per KM, varying start times mainly of a night time. Local Drivers: - Day shift, varying start times $46.86 per hour Responsibilities: Operate an MC truck to transport goods over long distances. Plan routes and ensure on-time delivery of goods. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks. Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members. Ensure the safety of yourself, other road users, and the cargo being transported. Requirements: A valid MC truck license with a clean driving record. Prior experience as an MC Truck Driver in similar role. Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations. Ability to handle long-haul routes and work flexible hours if required. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and customers. A commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. A strong work ethic with a focus on reliability and punctuality. Must provide a traffic safety report prior to start. Provide 2 references from similar roles. Criminal history check.
