Looking for a HR Admin to join our clients team for a leader in the manufacturing industry. Looking for a HR Admin with a background in payroll to join our clients team for a leader in the manufacturing industry. Hills District location Temp to Perm $85k Super Must drive Reporting directly to the HR Team Leader, this position entails overseeing project coordination within the realm of Human Resources Operations. Additionally, it involves providing assistance to the HR Operations team whenever necessary to manage their workload effectively. Responsibilities: Collaborating with the HR Team Leader to ensure favorable outcomes for all HR projects and delivering regular project schedule updates. Effectively communicating with various external stakeholders, even those with limited familiarity with HR legislation and processes. Identifying and establishing consistency in payroll datasets for import into MicroPay, leveraging knowledge of legislative and systems requirements. Coordinating administrative aspects of HR projects, such as acquisitions, entity transfers, restructures, and ConnX software upgrades. Creating and disseminating employment contracts, policies, and related documents through methods like mail merge. Efficiently administering projects, handling substantial volumes of documents and emails. Promptly escalating project impediments, issues, and modifications to the HR Team Leader for rapid resolution. Applying exemplary time and project management skills to ensure projects adhere to their schedules. Ensuring the accuracy of payroll-related data to facilitate seamless payroll transitions. Assisting the HR Operations team as required, including tasks like contract and letter generation, ConnX system optimization, data cleansing, and inbox management. Expectations: Collaborating harmoniously with both internal and external stakeholders. Working within predefined time constraints. Juggling diverse and conflicting demands to meet established standards and deadlines. Being a valuable member of the HR Operations Team. Contributing to the delivery of high-quality outcomes. Providing accurate, comprehensive, and timely information. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Establishing effective and professional working relationships while upholding high standards of customer service. Possessing a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of industrial awards and company policies to accurately maintain records for all the aforementioned tasks. About you: Demonstrated experience in HR Operations and HR project management (minimum of 3 years). Familiarity with Employment Law, encompassing areas like termination payments, back pay adjustments, and more. A customer-service-oriented approach and a strong team player mentality. High level proficiency in Excel, including the ability to manipulate and analyze extensive data, utilize VLookup, and create Pivot Tables. In-depth understanding of HR legislation and processes, including Employment Contracts Management, Fair Work Act (FWA), Modern Awards, and Annualized Salary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities. Solid comprehension of annual leave, sick leave, and Long Service Leave (LSL) provisions and accruals. Experience with ConnX or similar software, with the capability to extract data, ensure data integrity, and maintain processes and structures. Experience in managing high volumes of work with multiple stakeholders and the ability to perform under pressure. Ability to interpret awards and relevant legislation accurately. Exceptional attention to detail. Aptitude for working under tight deadlines.
