Royal Freemasons Flora Hill - Bendigo is a high standard Aged Care Nursing home of which has recently developed additional resident accommodation. We are looking for candidates who have an excellent team and leadership attitude, are willing to pitch in and help where required and go above and beyond their core duties. About You Excellent opportunities exists for committed and experienced Personal Care Assistants to join our successful and motivated team. Personal Care Assistants report to the Care Manager - Registered Nurse, and are responsible for providing a high standard of direct care to residents in the residential aged care setting, including the administration of medications as delegated, and to complete documentation as necessary. The Personal Care Assistants will also be involved in the preparation and service of meals to residents, or/and cleaning of resident’s rooms, or/and providing high quality laundry services. You must be willing to pick up additional shifts in these areas as required. We will have flexible availability to fill in shifts as required. You should be highly organised and self-motivated, someone who can manage their time and be flexible with their workloads. If you have proven experience within a residential aged care setting or hospital environment providing care to the elderly, we offer a great team to work with and a supportive working environment.
