We have an opportunity for an experienced HSEQ Administrator to join our team based on Queens Road in Melbourne. Our new office has scenic views of Albert Park Lake and access to public transport on St Kilda Rd. In this role you will provide administrative support and assistance to the General Manager HSEQ and the Corporate HSEQ team. About the role: Administration tasks; document control, completion and archiving, data entry, record keeping. Provide assistance to maintain company wide safety indicator statistics. Record and distribute meeting minutes and assist in follow up of actions. Compile and issue data for reporting as required. Coordinate the ordering, supply and distribution of tracking of print material for our projects. Coordinate and facilitate workshops and events. Coordination and travel booking for the HSEQ team. The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience: Minimum 2yrs experience in a similar role. Well-developed interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders. A strong background within safety or exposure to safety within the construction industry is preferred. High level of attention to detail with an ability to proofread HSEQ documents and reports. Intermediate or above proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to administer databases and spreadsheets containing whole-of-company statistics and records, and production of ad-hoc reports as required.
