Full Time, Continuing Opportunity The Innovation and Commercialisation Services team have a continuing opportunity available for an experienced, collaborative Administration Coordinator to be an integral part of their team. Reporting to the Manager, Business Development Services, the Administration Coordinator provides finance, system, and general administrative support services to both our Business Development and Commercialisation teams. The duties include data entry, filing, Work Health & Safety (WHS), diary management, travel bookings, credit card acquittals, coordinating arrangements for meetings, coordinating staff induction (including the procurement of office supplies and access to key university systems), invoicing and payments. The role is also responsible for undertaking routine audits, supporting minor system updates and monthly reporting. To aid in the success in this role, the individual would bring their excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to remain confidential whilst dealing with sensitive matters and a solutions focused mindset to be able to use their initiative where possible. To be successful you will need: Demonstrated evidence of high-level administrative skills, including the ability to effectively prioritise and manage work. Demonstrated experience with data entry and use of databases. Good interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to contribute strongly to a team environment delivering customer centric, professional services. Demonstrated attention to detail and diligence, particularly in the management of meetings, handling correspondence and the provision of administrative support.
