Great salary About the Company We are partnering with an Australian-owned company who specialise in providing bespoke engineering solutions to the mining and resources sector with a strong focus on process optimisation, electrical design and control systems. As a result of continued growth, we are actively recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join the team and become embedded in the tier one mining project portfolio. About the Role As an Electrical Designer, you will be primarily involved in electrical design for mining projects and ugrades. This role will give you exposure to a wide range of projects and sites across the mining and resources sector with a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities Electrical System Design (power distribution, control systems and auxiliary systems) Design and Develop Schematic and Wiring Diagrams Cost estimation for components and systems Testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems Maintain documentation of electrical designs, changes, and revisions throughout the project lifecycle Ensure that all electrical designs adhere to Australian standards About You Qualified Draftsperson, Electrical Engineer or Electrical Designer 3 years' experience in an electrical drafting role Proven expertise in Microstation is essential Experience in the mining and resources sector with a strong preference for Iron Ore projects Benefits Flexible working arrangements Exposure to wide-ranging projects across the mining and resources sector Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive salary negotiable based on experience.
