We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Associate, Instructional Designer in our Risk team. In this role, you will primarily focus on design and develop financial crime risk learning material to increase the capability and awareness of financial crime and its associated regulatory requirements across the enterprise. End-to-end learning program content development through a range of digital and facilitated techniques, including online, video, podcasts, and PowerPoint. Key Accountabilities: Alignment to specific learning initiatives across FCRM and the enterprise, focused on learning content development through various modes of delivery work collaboratively with the learning team and business stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, innovative learning content for technical and non-technical learning requirements Challenges include the ability to work with a range of stakeholders to define the most suitable learning content design to meet defined learning objectives. It will be essential to define suitable learning content based on desired learning outcomes This role will contribute to the enablement and uplift of priority capabilities and skills in financial crime across the enterprise through learning and awareness solutions What you will bring A minimum of 5 years of Instructional Design experience Experience in mid to large sized corporates desirable with some exposure to Financial Crime, Financial Services or a regulated sector is preferred. Related studies in learning instructional design or learning and development. Experience working in financial services or financial services consulting, or equivalent external role and operations experience is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships, manage expectations/timelines and influence key stakeholders at a senior level. Instructional design of learning content required to support essential skill and capability building. Use of diverse learning design principles including the development of content through supporting software, tools, and related systems to achieve desired learning outcomes Understanding of various learning methodologies such as virtual and online learning, blended learning, bite-sized learning and supporting toolkits Consultation experience working with diverse stakeholders to shape learning experiences A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
