You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our retail operations and ensuring the implementation of effective HR priorities and programs. Your expertise in employee relations, talent management, and performance management will be essential in driving a high-performance culture at DECJUBA.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a trusted partner to retail leaders, providing guidance on HR matters and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity. Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps and develop succession plans to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders. Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-based decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, proactively recommending improvements to HR policies and practices. ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Exhibit effective communication skills and a collaborative style. Build robust relationships and confidently manage stakeholders. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and approach challenges with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
