We are reliable and cost effective, working hard to achieve successful outcomes for our clients by working with them in ways that create and deliver value.We currently have a vacancy for an Administration Officer to join our HR team based in our Brisbane office located in Milton.You will be enthusiastic, motivated to succeed and have a high attention to detail. Experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive business matters will be an advantage. A proactive and organised work style along with strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential for role success. This is an ideal role if you are looking to develop a career in Recruitment or HR or for an experienced administrator seeking change. Strong excel skills are required for role success. Key role tasks include: Prepare contracts of employment, change of conditions letters and other HR documents for review and authorisation;Maintain employee records including reviewing for compliance and taking measures such that all required documentation is available to project sites to enable efficient site induction processes;Undertake a variety of recruitment and mobilisation administration tasks associated with new employee onboarding, including booking medicals, inductions and camp accommodation;Efficiently complete onboarding workflows and regularly communicate with Payroll, IT, Plant and Finance team members to follow up where necessary;Communicate and maintain constructive relationships with authorised vendors that support Golding to achieve effective HR and Recruitment outcomes (e.g. Medical vendor and Agencies).Efficiently use of SAP, including raising purchase requisitions, purchase orders, service orders, good receipting and invoicing;Receive and efficiently handle travel and accommodation requests for staff; andEfficiently undertake general administration tasks for various Brisbane based staff to the required standard.Key role capability requirements: An ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;A high attention to detail with good organisational skills;Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;Confidence in using Microsoft office ideally with advanced excel skills;Ability to maintain confidentiality;An understanding of Mining inductions and medical documentation would be beneficial.Please apply online below Golding is an equal opportunity employer
