ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service & Training Officer to join our team. This role reports to the Team Leader Library Customer Service and assists with providing direct library customer service to the community, onboarding and training of our team. ABOUT YOU In this role some of the tasks you will be expected to complete are: To facilitate best practice library training programs to support the team, such as onboarding, refresher sessions, policies, and processes. Maintain training records and evaluate training on an ongoing basis to improve staff engagement and services. Provide direct library focused customer service to the community. Coordinate and oversee work experience, volunteers and industry placement students as directed.
