About the Client: Our client is a leading national client providing fire safety and security solutions utilising state of the art and reliable technology for families, businesses and organisations providing complete home protection, visibility and control. About the Position: WorkPac are currently seeking a Training Administrator to work with our leading National client based in Salisbury, QLD for an immediate start. This position be a full time, permanent opportunity, holding a Monday to Friday roster, based within our clients RTO Training and Compliance Team. Within this position, you will facilitate and manage RTO compliance and contribute to maintaining occupational licensing records. Duties and Responsibilities: Training administration using the Student Management System (SMS) Central point of contact for technical training and occupational licensing Monitoring compliance of assessment procedures and documentation Administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) Administer traineeships and apprenticeships Assist with RTO compliance activities Support the development of training and assessment materials Skills and Experience: Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency Previous experience in an RTO or similar enterprise training environment Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to implement and improve administrative procedure Experience in administration and customer service Able to build positive working relationships Fast learner, adaptable to systems and processes Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with SMSs and LMSs such as aXcelerate (preferred but not essential) How to Apply: Click on the Apply button or for more information please contact Darcy Bailey on (07)3715 2085 or Darcy.Baileyworkpac.com quoting the below reference number.
