A great opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Manager based in Sydney to manage a regional/territory team across Sydney Metro (from Sutherland Shire, Canterbury/Bankstown, Lower Blue Mountains to Northern Beaches). You will be responsible for developing growth opportunities and expanding relationships with current customers and partners within the real estate industry. Reporting to the Sales Director for NSW, this role will suit someone who enjoys territory planning and mentoring field sales team members (Account Partners and Account Coordinators) to ensure the profitability of the territory. You will initiate sales activities, set expectations, provide mentorship, prioritise efforts, hold the team accountable for building pipeline and executing each phase of the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who has confidence and skills with business planning as well as highly metrics focused; measuring and communicating progress, identifying roadblocks, and producing appropriate solutions. In a typical day you should expect to: Build relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement levels are highInspire, coordinate, and motivate the performance of your commercial field sales teamHold your team accountable to the right levels of activity - call rates, prioritisation of work to current GTM strategies and working with the team to build relationships with your customers in your team's assigned territoryDrive the change towards solution-selling as our Commercial teams sell an evolving product suiteBe part of the Senior Management Team to ensure Domain's way of selling continues to evolve with customer and industry needs.How to catch our eye?
