GTS Executive Loss Adjuster - Construction Pivotal role in growing the Melbourne GTS and/or Construction footprint Attractive total remuneration package commensurate with experience Long term leadership and development opportunities About the role This role will focus on managing your own portfolio of claims from appointment through to settlement and will also involve an element of seeking new business development opportunities, tapping into your market connections. You will be joining a highly experienced team of senior loss adjusters, where you will have the opportunity to make your mark on the Melbourne large and complex loss claims market. About You You will be an exceptional senior or executive loss adjuster with a proven track record of working with large and complex claims or construction, where you've consistently achieved exceptional results for your clients. In addition, you will: Be strategic and solutions focused with a passion for delivering high quality outcomes for your clients, every time. Be an accomplished senior or executive loss adjuster who has a strong visible market presence and following. Be a strong communicator, passionate about driving a culture of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to promote knowledge sharing and skill development. Be willing to take the next step in your career, where you will have direct and ongoing access to Department Heads as part of your growth journey and be willing to undertake further professional studies. Key Requirements A minimum of 5 -10 years of experience in the Specialty major/complex loss area or a combination of Specialty experience relevant to technical field/industry specialism. Ability to manage and/or lead claims in the range of AUD $500,000 to $20 million. strong visible market presence and following. At least a Senior Associateship CIP of ANZIIF (Diploma of Loss Adjusting) or holder of a tertiary qualification relevant to industry specialism. Proven ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate effectively and work through conflict constructively. Driver's License.
