About The Opportunity: As a lead designer at Birchal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of crowdfunding. Collaborating hand in hand with our cross functional team, including product and engineering, you will be co-strategising with our other business leads, defining our vision and business initiatives, while leading innovative, strategic and user-centric design solutions across the product to make true impact from discovery to delivery. Key Responsibilities: This role offers an exciting blend of responsibilities, including: Work closely with business leaders to drive strategic and innovative product outcomes while taking ownership of the process end-to-end Demonstrate a strong command of product design practices while embracing a "test fast, fail fast, learn fast" mindset to iterate and improve. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver agile and lean product solutions incorporating: collaboration frameworks, research, and data driven insights. Nourish design culture while establishing rituals and encouraging cadence in systematic thinking across cross-functional design ceremonies Lead the design decisions and trade-offs across the internal and external Birchal customer experience verbally and visually Champion design best practice across the business and driving innovation beyond boundaries About Your Experience : You have a 7 years of experience as a product designer and a body of work to showcase it Efficient work expertise in building, prototyping and evolving digital products from discovery to implementation Experience in implementing, communicating and articulating design decisions, processes and strategies impacting the Birchal customer experience in a realistic and agile way You can comfortably collaborate and ideate with cross-functional stakeholders to actively shape product vision, business initiatives, and strategies, ensuring a user-centric approach to overarching customer experience and successful project outcomes Ready to work in a highly collaborative and agile work environment, structured constantly around discovery and iterative outcomes based on user insights Naturally curious, passionate, enthusiastic and innovative, ready to kick doors down and drive to learn in a multidisciplinary team.
