Celotti Workforce is actively seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our client team based in Moranbah, QLD. About Celotti Workforce: Celotti Workforce is a dynamic organization specialising in providing skilled workforce solutions for various industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to join our client's team in Central Queensland. This role offers the opportunity to work on mine sites and comes with competitive compensation and benefits. In this role you will be working a 10 days on 4 day off roster, fly in fly out or drive in drive out. Responsibilities: As an Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple medium-large commercial and mining projects. Your duties will include overseeing staff, including project managers, site managers, site foremen, electricians, and support staff. You will be expected to exceed client expectations, demonstrate strong commercial awareness, and possess exceptional people management skills. Additionally, you will lead project teams from conception through to completion, reporting directly to the General Manager. Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in electrical engineering or business are preferred but not essential. Electrical trade qualifications are mandatory for this position. Demonstrated experience in managing and exceeding client expectations in multi-million dollar construction projects. Strong people management skills. Experience in Queensland mining is highly desirable.
