Design learning products & services that contribute to the Home Claims Customers strategy Permanent full-time role Any location You will design high quality learning products and services that compliment and contribute to the Home Claims Customers strategy. The role will work closely with key stakeholders, colleagues and vendors/partners to design, develop and maintain learning solutions. As well as providing best practice advice on learning solutions to raise the quality of learning and workforce capability across Home Claims Customers. What you'll do Use agreed Suncorp learning methodologies, approaches, tools and resources when designing learning solutions. Prepare learning solutions including detailed learning objectives, evaluation strategy, organisation of proposed content, plan the look and feel, create/write/curate content, and development of final materials. Collaborate across and within teams and build strong relationships with customers to match the right solution to each customer's needs, placing the customer at the heart of decision-making processes. Work in partnership with the technical experts across Insurance to design effective, efficient, and innovative learning experiences for our people. Prepare and manage a detailed plan for each design project, including milestones, resources (including vendors/partners) risk, impacts, issues and mitigants. Understand how to contribute to team, business and group priorities and drive priorities with a sense of purpose.
