We also stock and supply a large range of hand tools, power tools, generators, PPE, welding consumables and more. Reporting to the Branch Manager, we're looking for a self-motivated and safety-focused team player to join the team in a Warehouse and Retail Assistant role and help us achieve our goals. What you will be doing Providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels and maximising sales opportunities. Greeting customers and attending to phone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner Merchandising the showroom to a high standard and restocking shelves Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming deliveries and products. Organise and maintain inventory, ensuring proper storage, and labelling in accordance with company procedures. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, adhering to order accuracy and timeliness standards. Coordinate with delivery carriers to schedule pickups and ensure timely deliveries. Administration tasks as required. What we need from you Demonstrated experienced in a retail, sales or customer service environment, ideally from a trades/industrial background. A passion for providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets Demonstrated ability of working safely, being accountable, acting ethically, and treating everyone with respect A flexible can-do attitude and ability to adapt Demonstrated ability to work well both in a team environment and independently Ability to undertake accurate stock counts and maintain high attention to detail Good computer skills Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be on your feet most of the day. A background or interested in the industrial and/or welding industry is highly desirable. MR license and forklift license would also be highly desirable.
