The Opportunity: As a Customer Support Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective assistance with their inquiries; supporting and managing administration functions, clerical services & parts ordering to ensure effective and efficient operations for the business unit. Previous parts or mechanical knowledge is desirable. Systems savvy with experience in MS Office suite. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
